Из опухолей во всех случаях выделены CWD МБТ. Изоляты по морфологии и антигенному со- ставу не отличались как друг от друга, так и от изолятов из культур клеток опухолей человека (Kasumi, Jurkat, Hela), имели до 26 общих антигенов с типичными МБТ, были резистентны к антибиотикам, влияющим на синтез клеточной стенки. МБТ – универсальный внутриклеточный патоген с уникальной фильтруемостью и «бессмертностью» – может рассматриваться как наиболее вероятный этиологический агент онкогенеза исходя из гипотезы: поглощение ДНК стареющих и некротических нормальных клеток персистирующими мик- роорганизмами, гибридизация их ДНК с ДНК хозяина с последующей экспрессией гибридного генома превраща- ет нормальные клетки в раковые.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>An antigens of tuberculosis mycobacteria (MTB), microgranulomas with acid-fast grains, cell wall deficient (CWD) MTB were found in tumors of small domestic animals. CWD MTB were isolated from tumor in all cases. The isolates did not differ in morphology and antigenic composition, either from each other or from isolates from human tumor cell cultures (Kasumi, Jurkat, Hela), had up to 26 common antigens with typical MTB, were resistant to antibiot- ics affecting cell wall synthesis. MTB as universal intracellular pathogen with unique filterability and «immortality» can be considered as the most likely etiological agent of oncogenesis based on the hypothesis following: DNA absorp- tion of aging and necrotic normal cells by persistent microorganisms, hybridization of their DNA with host DNA with subsequent expression of the hybrid genome turns normal cells into cancer ones.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>латентный туберкулез</kwd><kwd>онкогенез</kwd><kwd>микобактерии туберкулеза</kwd><kwd>дефектная клеточная стенка</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>latent tuberculosis</kwd><kwd>oncogenesis</kwd><kwd>mycobacterium tuberculosis complex</kwd><kwd>deficient cell wall</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Манкин, З.
