Показано, что система менеджмента безопасности пищевой продукции ISO 22000 и схема сертификации FSSC 22000 широко используются, являясь результатом инновационного развития и совершенствования менеджмента безопасности пищевой продукции основанного на принципах НАССР.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the development of a product safety management system based on the analysis of hazards and critical control points (HACCP).
