В статье представлены данные об определении бактерицидной активности и эффективности нового противомаститного препарата «Мастин». Описан опыт по определению бактерицидной активности препарата ветеринарного «Мастин». В качестве тест-культур были выбраны штаммы КМИЭВ: Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli. Установлено, что Мастин эффективно подавляет рост стафилококков, стрептококков и кишечной палочки. В статье приведены данные по установлению эффективности нового препарата. Препарат ветеринарный «Мастин» является эффективным (85,5±0,5%) при лечении коров, больных субклиническим и клиническим маститом, и может быть рекомендован для широкого практического применения.
The article presents data on the determination of bactericidal activity and effectiveness of a new antimastitis preparation «Mastin». The experience of determination of bactericidal activity of veterinary Mastin preparation is described. As the test cultures were selected, KMIEV strains: Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli. It was found that Mastin effectively inhibits the growth of staphylococci, streptococci and E. coli. The article presents data on the establishment of the effectiveness of the new drug. Preparation veterinary «Mastin», is an effective drug (85.5±0.5%) in the treatment of cows with subclinical and clinical mastitis and can be recommended for wide practical application.
