Цестодозы являются повсеместно регистрируемыми гельминтозами и представляют серьёзную проблему для ветеринарии и медицины. Циркуляция возбудителей цестодозов обусловлена не только биологией паразитов, но и недостатками в системе диагностических, санитарно-гигиенических и ветеринарных мероприятий при содержании и выращивании домашних животных, в том числе собак. В настоящее время актуальными являются вопросы изыскания новых и оптимизации известных форм лекарственных средств для лечения и профилактики имагинальных цестодозов плотоядных. Данное исследование демонстрирует эффективность использования препарата «Празитекс-5», разработанного с участием автора, в дозе 5 мг/кг массы тела подкожно для лечения собак при имагинальных цестодозах (Taenia pisiformis, T. hydatigena, Dipylidium caninum).
Cestodoses are often recorded helminthic diseases and represent a serious problem for veterinary and human medicine. The circulation of cestodosespathogens is caused not only by the biology of the parasites, but also by short-comings in the system of diagnostic, sanitary and veterinary measures for the maintenance and breeding of domestic animals, including dogs. Currently relevant are the issues of finding new and optimizing forms of known drugs for the treatment and prevention of imaginal cestodoses carnivorous. The study reveals the efficiency of using Prazitexum-5 at a dose of 5 mg/kg of body weight subcutaneous for the treatment of dogs against the imaginal cestodes (Taenia pisiformis, T. hydatigena, Dipylidium caninum).
