Установлено, что во всех трех исследуемых хозяйствах респираторная патология обусловлена вирусно-бактериальными патогенами. Геном возбудителя Haemophilus parasuis встречался в каждом из трех хозяйств, как и геном возбудителя Bordetella bronchiseptica, геном возбудителя цирковируса второго типа и РРСС. В двух хозяйствах из трех нами выделены геномы возбудителей Steptococcus suis, Parvovirus suis и только в одном (хозяйство 3) - геном возбудителя Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents data on associations of virus and bacterial genomes secreted by the method ofpolymerase chain reaction from lungs ofpigs with signs of respiratory system damage. It is established that in all three farms respiratory pathology is caused by viral and bacterial pathogens. The genome of the causative agent Haemophilus parasuis was found in three of the three households, as well as the genome of the pathogen Bordetella bronchiseptica and the genome of the pathogen of circovirus type II and PRRS. In two of the three farms, we isolated the genomes of the pathogens Steptococcus suis, Parvovirus suis.
