On the system of food safety management on the principles of HACCP (review)
Abstract
The article presents the development of a product safety management system based on the analysis of hazards and critical control points (HACCP). It is shown that the ISO 22000 food safety management system and the FSSC 22000 certification scheme are widely used as a result of innovative development and improvement of food safety management based on HACCP principles.
