Quality assessment of 3 kg cellular cellline as a substrate in the production of biological products
Abstract
The article presents the results of the assessment of the morphology of the 3 KG cell line, as well as the results of the studies of the 3 KG cell line for the presence of bacterial and viral agents: the culture fluid of the 3 KG cell line was investigated in the hemagglutination reaction, and the monolayer in the hemadsorption reaction.
